Chakra Meditation Journey: Feel, Heal & Align Your Energy
A guided experience through your 7 chakras to reconnect with your body, emotions & inner balance
Have you been feeling emotionally off, stuck in your head, or just a bit… disconnected?
This isn’t your typical “clear-your-mind” meditation.
This is a guided journey into your energy system — where we awaken and feel into each of your 7 chakras, one by one.
Together, we’ll move through the Root (safety), Sacral (joy), Solar Plexus (power), Heart (love), Throat (success), Third Eye (intuition) and Crown (oneness) — activating the emotional qualities of each center so you can reconnect with the full YOU.
This practice is powerful for:
• Releasing stuck emotions
• Feeling more grounded and alive
• Balancing your nervous system
• Tapping into joy, intuition, clarity & connection
You don’t need to know anything about chakras.
Just come as you are, bring an open heart and comfy clothes — and let this be your space to reset, realign & remember how powerful you are
