This retreat is held in a private villa with three houses and two pools, with beautiful extensive gardens, overlooking both Frigiliana and the sparkling Mediterranean Sea.

Morning and evening yoga, with breath work, and meditation, some yogic philosophy, use of essential oils, and soundbath. Masseuse onsite. There will be a healthy brunch and dinner served daily. Plenty of time to relax by the pool, or walk around the area, or even go to visit the caves in Nerja or other excursions can be arranged.

You will only need to worry about yourself everything else will be taken care of. This is an opportunity to slow down and unwind away from the usual demands and noise of life.
